 SCHOOL EVALUATION
For many home buyers, choosing a school district is a very important consideration. A home's value can be significantly affected by the quality of the school district....positively or negatively. One of the first questions that I often get when either working with a buyer with children is: How are the schools? Obviously, that can be a very subjective question since there are so many sources for evaluating. Another website that provides evaluation of schools and can be searched by zip code is Great Schools. This website provides evaluations by the parents and is very helpful.
